By the time the following Tuesday came around, I just wanted to have a salad. I was not sure that I could stomach another rich meal, let alone look at it. Don't get me wrong, I love my food, but when you are not used to eating so much for several days at a time, it can really hit you!

And yes, I felt as if I was actually getting heavier with each serving. Unfortunately, I was unable to sign up again for Booty Camp this month because I had started a new job. Knowing that my schedule would be so hectic for the first few weeks, I anticipated missing too many classes. I wished that I was like you and at least had Booty Camp to help burn off a good amount of what I had eaten. I must say that I have beenn good and I have started up my routine again (using the DVD) and going for runs every other day. I'll be damned if I negate the results that I worked so hard to achieve.

Christmas is just around the corner, I look forward to reading about how you maintain your exercise regimen. The pot-luck gatherings, office lunches and family dinners will come fast and furious. It will most certainly be a challenge for all of us.

=)Little Pink Buttonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16121703754773256325noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7316003375054149642.post-2084667131542720802009-10-15T14:52:12.625-04:002009-10-15T14:52:12.625-04:00Hi! I came across your blog from littlepinkbutton....Hi! I came across your blog from littlepinkbutton.blogspot.com

Oh my... what a feast you must have had. But of course anyone who is of Asian hertiage (I'm Chinese) knows what holidays are about ... all about the eating!

Love the picture of your DD. She is so cute. My DD keeps me quite busy (17 months) so I don't have much time to exercise. I haven't exercised in about 2 years (didn't really do much except for eat while I was pregnant LOL). Good for you for doing the CIBC Run!Cherylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09193668345376042790noreply@blogger.com
